Dear Sir, Why not you make it as contest, with seal and guaranteed for $100. Many freelancer will take the chance and complete it. I have lot experience in CAD but new to this site so no reviews. When freelancer chooses I mostly ruled out, bu I am fully confident to design in this subject on CAD. I have 12 years of experience in PROE/Solidworks and handled parts and assemblies over 10,000 components. If you upload it as contest definitely you will get many completed works.
