Design & Create Template Using Microsoft Publisher

Hello, I am looking for someone to design/create a template for a client report using Microsoft Publisher. I will provide a sample template which will be similar to what I want to create. You will have had experience in designing and creating templates in the past and be able to demonstrate a portfolio. I prefer that you also have skills in using Microsoft Excel as it may be used in the job. Good communication skills and being fluent in the English language is a must. You will need to be available to communicate by voice or chat through msn or skype. If satisfied ongoing work will be awarded. If you can attach your CV or work experiences it will be great. Thanks.
