I require a monthly volume system, where names and addresses of members are inputted and they start at volume 1 (in a seperate column).
I then send out a monthly volume for the duration of that client's life with me, and they all start at Volume one, and I need a system that has a column that with the click of a button, rolls over all volumes to the next volume.
New people start all the time at various times and they all start from volume one, so the 'volumes' column will be a mixture of many different volumes depending on where the individual person is up to.
The resulting spreadsheet needs to be able to be sorted by volume so the team can merge the addresses in word and print labels in groups according to the volume they are up to.
A colleague had a similar system designed using macros and it did the job well. His was based on days though, whereas I need to have mine based on 'volumes' that roll over when we click a button you create in the spreadsheet.
I will send you the current spreadsheet as it stands so you know the fields, and all of these people will be starting from volume 1.
