I am looking to create an automatic schedule in a spreadsheet. Attached is an example of already existing schedule (Example) and the new format I would like the schedule in (new format).
In the new format there are 3 tabs. 6 month, 3 month, and Brothers. I need the schedule to follow the format as follows:
Job 1 is only filled by Group 1 and Group 2 names (equal randomness)
Job 2 is only filled by Group 2 and Group 3 names (equal randomness)
Job 3 is only filled by Group 2 and Group 3 names (Group 3 should fill the available spots 90-95% of the time)
Job 4 is only filled by Group 2 and Group 3 names (Group 3 should fill the available spots 80% of the time)
Job 5 is only filled by Group 2 and Group 3 names (Group 3 should fill the available spots 80% of the time)
Job 6 is only filled by Location names (and needs to include the the date format in the cell as shown). This is not random. It should always go in order from Group 1 through Group 6.
All members should be used before any one member gets a second job
I should be able to add and subtract members from any group. Any one group would have no more than 40 members
No one name should have multiple jobs on the same 2 week period and should not have the same job in back to back 2 week periods.
