I've been doing MS Excel based system/application for the past 4 years for a multinational company based in German. I've tried the example you'd given & I think it is doable within 5 days plus additional 2 days of improvements (free improvement service within 2 days); and USD125 budget. Project Milestones: 2 days would be downloading the data from that website & make-up the table -- FYI, I ALREADY CREATED CUSTOM APPLICATION TO DOWNLOAD THE DATA FROM THAT WEBSITE TO EXCEL FILE (TESTED FUNCTIONING). The next 3 days would be programming. Additional 2 days for improvement -- if requested. Can start to work on it this coming Monday.
