Similar model can be applied (with change in input variables) in posted project as well. 1) Key demand driver: In case of Aerospace, flight hour (no. of hours flown) is considered as key demand driver. This provided baseline increase in entitlement for a company. 2) Competition: Presence of grey market/other manufacturers acts as variable due to a company is not able to get all of the baseline entitlement. 3) Price increase: Demand elasticity, will determine how much of baseline demand is accrued in company's favor.
