Excel-Tool | Re-Design optimized for Office 2016 -- 2

I do have a Excel Tool. Please see the attachments. CLOSE your Excel, before opening it (and click on the first showing window the OK button (under "Neuer Kunde hinzufügen"). As you can see while opening Excel is showing 3 windows. Unfortunately the compatibility is very bad! So I wish that you change the program completely and only ONE window will last. It's not important how you do it technically, but it should have more or less the same look as before. Please see the pictures how MORE OR LESS the target should look like. PLEASE BID ONLY IF YOU HAD A LOOK AT THE VBA CODE AND YOU ARE REALLY ABLE TO DO THIS JOB. The VBA code is commented in German! PLEASE DO ONLY BID IF YOU ARE YOUSELF THE PROGRAMMER.
