Did the job 80% but could not fulfill as she underestimated the workload despite VERY CLEAR outline before project start and did not stick to the project map of communication milestones. Renegotiation of price was most important which we refused at the end. Delivered more info then required, true but information we didn't ask for and which is of secondary interest for us at the end.... Speed and quality of work done is ok.
