Timesheet/hours tracker for specific tasks across multiple sites to feed web-based database

Hello. As per my understanding, You need a mobile application(possibly android) OR a web application from which employees can feed their task, hours and other related info. The application should also have a functionality to export into excel, sending email on entry of tasks for a day. About Me: I am a "Full-Time" Individual freelancer having 8+ years expertise over MS Technologies(C#). Apart from having relevant technical skills, I have good analytic skills and strong grasping power. I have 3~ years of experience of working as a full time freelancer and in that span I have worked over various Windows & Web Project ranging over various domains in different sub technologies.
