I'm looking for someone to build an excel spreadsheet for mainly accounting purposes for 3 rental properties. I need an expert, had talked with other freelancers but no one came with the desired result. The idea is to have a master tracker for transactions on one sheet and separate sheets that link directly off the master tracker for each of the properties. It would include linking separate sheets within excel and minor graph work. I would also require few other sheets grouping specific information together. Please check the attached document for details. Need it urgently. so, please bid only who can start the work immediately.
