Do some Excel Work

We are currently hiring an Accounting Assistant to join our Payroll/Excel work team. The Accounting Assistant will perform complex data entry, related EZ/Versa tasks using EZ Software and also report to the Accounting Manager. Job Responsibilities: Prepare, mail/email invoices to customers Post payments to customer accounts Match payments to invoices in accounting system Follow up on payment status for delinquent accounts Reconcile cash receipts and deposits Record vendor invoices and payments, coordinate approval process before invoice entry Maintain and reconcile receipts before payment to credit card vendors Assist in month end closing process, bank reconciliation, GL account analysis Available for various ad-hoc assignments as defined by the Accounting Manager Education & Experience Requirements: USA CANDIDATE ONLY REQUIRED.
