I recently worked with the following systems: Avaya, TIA, Excel Spread sheet, Microsoft Outlook and Avaya CMS Supervisor. On TIA I dealt with create new policies, quotations, changing client campaigns, updating details of previously quoted clients, transferring leads to sales consultant. I use excel to keep recording of all leads worked on from daily to monthly, number of policies sold including policy numbers, updating and sending out daily to monthly target trackers(incl. Talk time, number of dials captured from Avaya CMS supervisor).
