Thank you for your project Proposal ID 99114545 "Do some data entry". This is a simple tasks which requires keenness and attention. It involved setting a spreadsheet to accept data from web search of other source records as instructed by the client. I will undertake the same as follows: (a) Review of the source data for completeness, accuracy and legibility. This review will also inform me of the exact extent of the assignment and any clarification which I may required before starting. (b) Setting up of destination file. I will then set up a destination file or use the one prescribed by the client. (c) Copying and Pasting. I will tabulate the data from the source into the new file (d) Naming an cataloging. I will the name the entries number the rows and head columns. Cell sizing will also be done here so as to make the data being input fit into the cells. Further appropriate formula will be computed to automatically update the entire worksheet after changes have been instigated in different cells or queries made into the same. (e) Editing and proof-reading. I will do data editing and spell check. (f) Client contact. Will contact the client with final document to the client for approval.
