Community manager in GERMANY

A startup, launching a fishing related online platform in Germany is looking for a Country community manager. We would expect he/she:
+ be very enthusiastic about fishing
+ be active in fishing community (participating or running forums, blogs)
+ have good writing skills in German language, ability to translate and edit texts
+ be capable to communicate in English
+ have possibility to work part time initially and full time later on
+ startup/new business experience would be preferable, but not an absolute must.
+ would consider combining regular fee with stock option
Responsibilities:
+ manage blog, forum
+ support and actively contribute to growing the new community
+ communicating with users within and outside the platform
+ aggregate and manage fishing related news and content
+ deals with partners, other forums, communities, celebrities, writers, etc.
