We are small NGO that helps communities in Vietnam to fight human trafficking. We are based out of Ho Chi Minh City, but are currently working in Ninh Thaun Province. We are recruiting for an IT professional with experience in Database design and implementation. Preference will be given to experience in Filemaker Pro (specifically to be used in the field with portable devices, iPads, etc). The ideal candidate is currently trained, fluent in English, can follow directions, has a positive attitude, and can multi-task. Hi catalystvietnam, This sounds like a really interesting and worthwhile project! I have long experience of FileMaker Pro, which I originally used to design databases for Academic research projects. I am currently developing an iPad solution using the FileMaker Go companion product. As you probably know, the database is designed in FileMaker Pro, and is then transferred to the iPad, either using data on a Mac/PC host, or using data stored locally on the iOS device.
