I have been working with filemaker for the last two years, and have been in IT for the last 20 years. Your project seems fairly straight forward, but I would like to look at the project file to determine how the pdf's are stored in your database. If you just have a couple fields to store them in, that would fall within the scope of this bid. If they are in a separate table, that might take a little more work, but not much. I do have a question for you, are you archiving the PDF's because you are running out of space on your filemaker server, or because you can't attach more than a couple to one account? If you want to keep them in filemaker, we can make it so you can store as many pdf for each customer record as you want, it just takes up more space on the server. The exports should not be an issue either. On the email, you need to have an email account to send them FROM, so we can take a look at it, and change the account and password if needed.
