Develop a flash app to ring guitar chords

Check the right-bottom: [login to view URL] . Click on "Exibir Acordes", and then click in a chord to play it. That site's system uses midi to play chords, thus it has a 1 to 5 seconds delay. I need someone to write a similar application that is able to ring any chord after parameters being received. e.g.: [login to view URL](98,123,147,196,293,392), where 98, 123, 147, 196, 293 and 392 are the frequencies of the G chord's strings.
