Animate layers in a photoshop PSD file (monty python style collage)

I have two photoshop files that I need subtle animation added to. The style is similar to a collage, cut-out figures of two children one jumping and one swinging from a jungle gym are layered over a graphic landscape. I need to add a little kinetic motion to the children. The girl on the jungle gym for example needs to appear to swing back and fourth from the bar. Stylistically, its meant to be a photo cut-out so just the body can swing from the hand pivot point. THere are 3-4 in total, i can draw on the comps. final file can be a flash file and also prefer a movie clip export. I need this in the next 24 hours.
