Cel Animation

We need approximately 20 animations done using cel animation. We will provide the storyboard. The cartoons will have to be very clean, crisp and professionally created. Need someone good to work on this. Work has to be started right away. Send some samples of cartoon characters you have created/animated. Long term work for the selected bidder. We also need some comic strips done. Characters have to be real good. Apply only if you are good.
