A Website Needs to be Created

I need to have a financial debt settlement website created. The design and Logo also needs to be created for that purposes. I will give you the design and template idea but you have to have a very cerative mind to complete the project. The website has to be very attractive and user friendly. It also needs to have a debt calculator that should calculate debt settlement payments. It needs to be in JAVA. After completing the project the coder should be able to istall it in the addon domains of the Cpanel. I will give both domain names and name server info. the name of the website would be [[login to view URL]][1] and it wouild have approximately 18 pages. Also, there has to be a Blog installed. The website has to be search engine optimized. I have attached a file to show you some content of the website to get a better idea but things would be little different which I would provide you later.
