Hi I need someone who can setup full audio and video live streaming server which also does VOD and Playlist. Please do not bid if you have never done this, we need only experts who can provide us cheap streaming solutions. we need fully web based Gui to manage the streaming if you provide your solution. Otherwise the links im sending you they already have encoders, but i need free software and we will pay you to configure them and to custom develop some features we need. We need our custom logo on the live video and banner for text on footer of video, plus put ads in live video and we need this to work on all platform and IOS mobile devices. DO you know scale Engine?? Da cast?? I have experience making web TV channels using scale Engine as their streaming Server Also If you can Come on skype I would like to discuss in more bdetail and show you some exampples of CMS that we have built using scale engine as a streaming server I also believe making a streaming server may cost thousands of dollars and months of time I think its very wise to go and buy a streaming server account.
