I have a flash video that was made with music / stock photos / text that is being used as a demo for a new website we are launching, but I need this flash video to also be converted to high quality for video sharing sites such as YouTube, Viddler, Facebook, etc.
I have the source FLA file along with the SWF file. What I am looking for is a high quality conversion of the source file so that it can be used to upload to video sharing sites.
The flash file is approximately 1 min 30 seconds in duration.

Trying to keep a fairly lower budget on this since all it is just a conversion of a file.
