add interactive page and CC to a flash website and video

I have a flash website in which I need a page adjusted to be interactive and the flash video that follows it to be linked to reflect the content added on that page. On page 6 of the website [login to view URL] click on "customize news ticker" on that page I would like 3 or 4 imitation golf course logo ( such as lakeside , woodland hills etc) and instruct the customer to pick a logo. Next I would like there to be a "ticker box " where it says "type your message here" and after they have typed in they're content it will say click here to watch demonstration video or something to that effect and it goes to the video that is on the site now and the logo they picked as well as the text shows up in the flash video. (right now you do that by clicking on news ticker admin at the video itself) I would also like to add closed captioning to the video portion at the top of the video describing the video itself, and possibly some better golf course videos if they can be sourced out, which is not a priority.I need the site to continue to be resolution independent and work on all browsers. the website is [login to view URL]
