The job is follows:

1. A flash design for an ad not a huge thing

2. A banner change, need to replace an image with an image, but in a nice way

3. Left column menu adjustment, probably CSS work, or add image bullets or anything, just it has to look nice

4. One "Additional Services Page" with 6 services and description.

The tasks are simple, though I expect elegant images and ideas.

Only the minimum quotes are considered.

Need this before Monday.
