create simple free online game site

So i have had this domain sitting around for a little while now and have finally decided to do something with it. i am looking for someone to create a site that provides free flash type games to play (tower defense, tank games, etc etc) . I am on a small budget for this so i'm looking for someone to make an seo friendly, simple but effective looking design. It just needs to be simple for now, Users will simple go to the site and choose from either the navigation/categories on the side, or the thumbnail pictures of featured, newest and best rated games in the body of the page. i dont need the bells and whistles like profiles, high score ladders, etc. just plain and simple. The games all need to have my adsense ads on their loading screen, or in a div where the game is while it loads in the background.
