Hi, From what I understand about the project you want me to make a flash game, animation and presentation for you using flash. I am an animator and have vast experience using Flash and am skilled with it as well. I have been using Flash for 4 years actively making animation using it, because of this I feel I have the necessary skills to be able to create this content for you at the quality you want. I think that because there is quite a bit of content to be created 14 days will be required to create it all at the quality you want, if there are any storyboards, scripts, voice acting done I would need them so that I could incorporate it straight into the animation, game and presentation. I know how to make games in flash with actionscripting, again with flash there is only a certain amount of aesthetics you can create within flash itself, which is fine depending on the aesthetic you are going for, or if it has already been decided. I plan to complete the project using a mix of Flash, After Effects and Premiere, I will be using these programs because this gives me the best workflow, using Flash to create the content, After Effects to refine the content and Premiere to cut the animation and presentation together, obviously the game will only be using flash to be created and finished, and because of this the level of quality may not be exactly as high because of the limited finctionality Flash gives you in that area.
