Add to a group only some Facebook Friends included in a list (ID list)

I need a small software with the following: 1. Two Fields for enter mail and password of my facebook account 2. One Field (ID GROUP) for enter an ID group 3. One Button for importer an TXT file 4. One Button "TO INCLUDE FRIENDS TO GROUP" The process is the following: 1. I enter mail and passwond in the software in order to login with MY ACCOUT 2. I enter an ID group in the field ID GROUP 3. I upload an txt file with a list of ID (in the list only there are friends of MY ACCOUNT) 4. I click in the button "TO INCLUDE FRIENDS TO GROUP" and friends will be included in the group. I only say that with the last API version it is no possible to do that. So I look for a solution that use the old API version (I don`t know if it is possible), or another solution.
