Write a Short Travel eBook

I need a short eBook written. No more than 40 pages.
This will be turned into a series, so if you do well with this project, you will have at least another 20 eBooks to write before the end of the year.
The ebook needs to talk about photographic hotspots in a particular country. For example the best photo's to take in Singapore, landscapes, iconic landmarks, the best time to take the photos etc.
You will need to have some photography knowledge, as you will need to tell the reader what equipment will be required for that particular shot, best settings to consider using etc.
You will need to provide me with 5 suggestions for book title. Once the eBook is completed, you will need to provide me with a blurb/description which can be used when marketing the book.
You will also need to suggest stock images that can be used within the eBook from either Shutterstock or AdobeStock only. You provide me with the ID number, I will make the purchase. I will do the design as well, so there is no need for you to include any of this in your cost.
In order to show that you have read this brief to completion, please include the following in your bid:
1. What should you not include in your bid price?
2. Have you done any travel and/or photographic articles or ebooks previously?
3. Please send me a copy of something you have written previously (preferably something photography or travel related) so that I can see the quality and style of your work.

JUST A REMINDER: The book will contain many images. Therefore the number of pages that you will write is drastically reduced from 40 pages. The total number of pages of the final book will be 40 pages. I apologise if there was any confusion caused.

This eBook is dependent on how you write. Perhaps you will want to include 10 locations within that particular country, so there will be one image for each location, and then you will speak about the area, the lighting, the equipment and settings etc
