The aim of the book is to create a conversation about emotions between the parent and his child, to help the child to express himself emotionally and help parents to be attentive to the emotional world of the child. And to create a shared experience of parent and child that can talk about feelings.

So, the mother or father of the child must address first and set an example to his child by show him how to talk about feelings. Then the child also will talk about his relationship to that emotion.
The book is for children ages 3- 8.
