Data scrapper/data collector for travel and tourism based mobile application

I'm planning to get one mobile application built which is based on travel and tourism. Obviously most important component of this application would be data. i want some one to write an utility for me which can grab data from Google Map API. The data i'm interested in is following:
1. Attractions in Ecuador
2. Hotels near by these attractions
3. Reviews and feedback given by visitors to these attractions and hotels
etc.
