Animated Virtual Set Designs for Chromakey

I have a green screen studio and want a few virtual sets designed for use on his productions. Please bid "per set" and understand exactly what is expected from a "set". Here are a few links to give you an idea of what we need here. If you cannot create sets that compare to the quality of these links then please do not bid. If you can, we will need a lot of sets created in a short period of time and continuously adding more designs to the collection for the next year at least. I will tell you that I am looking for a designer that can produce these sets for around $150-250 each using graphics from the web and a little talent. Do you have that talent? A set contains many camera angles, but we will also be looking to have animated backgrounds done as well. These are single images and make easier to do than sets.
