Animation flourish vines grow effect. Vector animation

Looking for master in Adobe Flash / After Effects to create two unique buttons for a agriculture/farming website. *Please download my attachment and view before proceeding. I included visual samples. Project Purpose / Description: These two buttons will be used to direct people who are registering for first time. First button will say "New Member", second button says "Login Now". Both buttons have same scroll background and some small baby vines to start with. When user moves mouse over button, the vines "grow" and wrap around scroll. Small leaves and flower grow on vines. Elegant and simple, but with nice details. The opposite happens when user moves mouse away from button, the vines shrink back into 1st animation farm. Project Requirements: 2 buttons 1 Button says "New Member" with a quote underneath. 2nd Button says " "Login Now" with a quote underneath. Simple Scroll background Vines are animated to grow around simple scroll Each button has different animation The vines and leaves are simple vector style The ration of buttons are 3:2 Both buttons not to exceed 880px side by side. 2 second animation grow (Mouse Over) 3 second animation shrink back to start (Mouse Out) "Grunge" overlay on vines to give texture Clean Web 2.0 Look. Simple but elegant. Final output will be flash * Example of flourish animation I especially like the "grunge" overlay to give leaves nice texture.
