## Deliverables
I need a great graphic designer to produce a whole bunch of graphics for my website. We are an internet marketing firm, you can see the aesthetic of our (under construction) site at [[login to view URL]][1]
The work will include:
- 4 or 5 large graphics to go in the main 'slider' area at the top of the homepage (940x390)
- 3 medium size graphics to accompany the copy on the 'NDM approach' page (250x150)
- 15 to 20 small size graphics to accompany my list of services (65x65)
And if we work well together there will be more work like this coming your way.
IMPORTANT - THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL:
> Be able to show me examples of similar work they have done, or provide 1 free sample of the direction they might take for my site (e.g. you could do the icon for 'web design').
> Be the *actual producer of the work*. I am not interested in seeing portfolio work done 'by your team' or someone else in the office - I want to see what YOU can produce.
> Be able to provide me with an initial quote on how many hours they think this type of job will take
> Be willing and able to consult and advise me from a design perspective. I am not looking for a photoshop monkey, I am looking for someone with *ideas and suggestions* to bring to the table
> Have a strong understanding of design principles, and understand what I am talking about when I mention 'visual identity', 'balance' or 'coherence'
> Have a high level of attention to detail
> Put the phrase 'RED DRAGON' as the VERY FIRST PHRASE when they answer this job posting, so I know that you have read it right through to the end.
Look forward to hearing from you
