Banner Design Please

Hi, I'm looking for a top designer to put together a few banners for my website - Adult Boutique.

I'm looking for a postage banner to replace the one on my front page. See [url removed, login to view]

Something a lot more professional, similar to the banners on this website [url removed, login to view] (the 15 up the top that you can flick through)

I'm looking at having 3-4 put together, rather quickly.

I will pay $10 for the job, willing to take on a first timer and can give them EXCELLENT feedback to get them started.
