Company Brochure Design

Our company is looking for a Brochure Specialist who can design our corporate overview brochure. We need someone who can work on this full-time to quickly finish the project. We had freelancers who did the same project but the communication is very slow, so please don't bid if you won't be able to reply on us promptly. Aside from it, we would also like to point out that your quality of work on this project should match the quality of work done on your portfolios. If you are selected, but failed to deliver the same quality as your portfolio, we will cancel the project immediately. Brochure Design Overview: 1) All of the written content of the brochure will be provided by our team 2) The brochure designer will need to have their own images to beautify the brochure. We also have some i-stock photos that we can use for this. 3) The brochure will need to finally be in PDF format to email to customers and it must also be printable for mailing to customers. 4) The brochure will be one master brochure and within the master brochure there are 8 sub-titles. 5) The freelancer must create the master brochure and also provide the 8 minor brochures that can be easily extracted from the master brochure. 6) The design must be very professional and flow well 7) Brochure will be a bi-fold. Layout will be in a 17"x11" so that when folded, we achieve 8.5"x11" size. 8) We have a long content thus we want to achieve 8 pages (excluding cover) for this brochure. 9) Final files must be delivered in print shop ready file as well as PDF format 10) You need to come up with several unique styles of layout for me to choose from. Details will be elaborated to the winning bidder. We will work with only high caliber freelancers. Please provide examples/portfolios and past history of brochures so that we can evaluate.
