ebook cover required

I am looking for a cover design for a business ebook package.
I have put up a web page with examples of the type of thing I'm looking for.

(It is the 3D box type from this page that I need)
You will need to provide the artwork design and pictures.
Please post your bid with a direct link to a page with similar types of work.
If you have not done ebook packages before please don't bid, I'm only looking for people who have done this specific type of work.
Because of the high percentage of timewasters who do not read these project requirements and post a general resume, please DON'T PM me on this project, just read what I'm looking for and post a link where I can see your work.
Also because of this, I will accept the FIRST bid I get which shows an understanding of what I want at a good price. I will then close the project.
The subject and wording of the project will be discussed after the bid is awarded.
