Corporate Forms and Brochures

Create new forms or new brochures and edit our current documents. Attached are two samples of items we’ve done in the past. A total of five forms and five brochures will be provided as an example of what type of work is expected. We will also indicate what software was used to develop our current forms (the attachments were created using photoshop, illustrator, and perform). 1. We will pay by the hour. 2. Must provide confirmation of project acceptance within two hours of project being submitted during normal business hours (Mon-Fri, 9A-6P). For projects submitted outside normal business hours, contractor must respond by 9:30AM the following business day. 3. Project acceptance must indicate (1) projected hours, and (2) a promise to try to meet deadline date, or an indication that deadline is not realistic, and a suggestion of a realistic deadline. 4. Payment of all projects includes these terms:  10% bonus on all project deadlines beat by 24 hours.  25% discount on all projects that miss deadline by 24 hours.  50% discount on all projects that miss deadline by more than 24 hours. 5. You will be guaranteed a minimum of ten hours of work per week (until September). 6. As a test to confirm ability, candidates selected as qualified will be paid to modify one form and create one flyer for us.
