Cartoon Fence animations

I need a menu made. Mouseover style. The site, for a landscaping business, is already made, I just need the graphics for it.

This menu will take the form of a white picket fence. We'll need words on it, which can be integrated in any way you see fit. Signs hung on the fence, for example. Behind the fence will be some representation of:

* Plants

* Landscaping

* Stonework

These visuals should be shabby. In disrepair, somehow. And when the mouseover occurs, they should become manicured and great looking.

I've got a php/javascript guy in on the project, and he's fantastic at what he does. So what I'm looking for *here *is primarily an artist.
