Hi, I want to create a cartoon video for my business. About how long does it take you to create something like this? I already have the cartoon image that I need you to put in the video as the mascot, and I also have the script for the video. I only need the video to be 1 min-1.5 min. It is school themed so our site has a blackboard as a background and chalk writing in some places. I have materials that I can show you to describe our theme and the mascot doing lots of different things in a Photoshop document. I have more pictures but I just added a few to give you an idea. If you need the Photoshop files of this character, I have them as well. Also, do you provide voiceovers?
