Base Elevation Logo and Business Card - repost

I have an existing logo which has worked well, it's however outdated. My company is a Business Consulting and Coaching company, and I work primarily with executive team and upper level managers and directors at high tech companies in the USA and Canada. I am in the process of building a new website and it will show you the type of companies and the type of work I do with them. You will see the old logo on this website in the upper left. Please see the attached screenshots of the new website and read the captions of the pictures to see what areas I get involved with. Can you please help me with couple things: 1) do you have a website with examples of your work? 2) do you price on a 'per logo' basis, and if so, what process do you follow to get to this logo? 3) i require electronic versions of it for me for use on my website, and will also be used on mobile sites (and all the required different sizes for pages and tabs in these environments) and print - such as business cards. I'd also need a version of the logo with my tagline. Currently, the tagline is: "Piecing success together in challenging terrain" Thanks in advance, and nice to meet you virtually!
