Convert Logo to Vector

I cannot find the original vector files for a logo created many years ago. Consequently, I need the logo of the company to be converted to vector. I have attached a jpg file to the project. I don't know what font was used, I am sure you can figure it out. I need three vector files. 1.) The M logo (with the building inside) separate. 2.) The M logo with the company name, 3.) The M logo (with the building inside) + company name + slogan All files to be given in .ai and .eps. This should be really simple for someone that knows Illustrator well. Thanks!
