Corporate Logo - "Anything Liquid" look & feel

DESIGN SPECIFICS: Create a logo for a liquid dietary supplement manufacturing company. Basically, this company turns pre-existing dietary supplements INTO LIQUID. Logo MUST reflect the idea of liquid, I cannot stress this enough. The company name will not be included, but you may use the company name's acronym which is "GSNP" if you feel it looks appropriate. Must include the tagline "Anything Liquid," in some way, shape, or form. Color scheme is flexible, as long as it looks like liquid. Must look modern, fresh, professional and original. New school, NOT old school. COMPANY LOCATION: Southern California, USA. DEMOGRAPHICS: Business to business customers looking for “Liquid Manufacturing” ONLY. They are getting into a niche market of “Anything Liquid," so their viewers will be clients or perspective clients and maybe even partner manufacturers that manufacture everything BUT liquid. Mainly suppliers or distributors of liquid supplement products. Create an eye-catching logo that represents the concept of "anything liquid" for the company "GSNP." 2. Bidding designer MUST SEND PORTFOLIO WITH AT LEAST 10 LOGO EXAMPLES. High-quality, vector logo examples only, no napkin-sketches. More quality logos, the better your chances of being selected. 3. We expect to see at least (8) original 'anything liquid' logo concepts before we begin the refining process to approve the logo(roughs are OK). 4. Logo must be created using Adobe Illustrator CS4(or sent to us in this format), utilizing layers, so the final logo can be manipulated by us if need be. 5. Final Deliverables: ---------- 1.) (3 .AI files) Three high-quality, LAYERED, polished and refined vectorized logos(adobe illustrator CS4): color, black/white, & grayscale. ---------- 2.) (3 .AI files)The SAME versions of the logo(mentioned above), only converted to vector-OUTLINES(adobe illustrator CS4): color, black/white, & grayscale. ---------- 3.) All fonts used ---------- 4.) 3 high-res JPGs: color, black/white, & grayscale. 6. Work-in-progress deliverables: We will ask for .AI files, and JPGs as we work together on this project. You must send us the files as per our requests. 7. We retain ALL ownership of rights. You may ONLY showcase this in your portfolio if you clearly say that the logo is owned in its entirety by GSNP, NOT you. We're purchasing the logo AND the rights. We're serious about this... 8.
