Create vector graphic of my logo with modification (budget max $50)

This is a fairly quick and easy job for anyone adept at using Illustrator. I need a vector graphic version of an existing logo but with a slight design modification. By copy I mean that a part of the logo actually needs to be an exact copy, including the colors used. I suppose this will have to be done by hand, but I don’t know really and don’t care how you do it, as long as it gets done [url removed, login to view] logo consists of letters mainly, no complex images/symbols involved.
I know what I want and can provide sketches to make things easy for you. There won’t be many revisions necessary. If you pm me please include the word "blackswan" in the title to prove you read instructions carefully. The final product must be a vector graphic (.ai or .svg file). Upon your bid/pm I will provide you with a link to the logo as well as instructions as to the modification I need.
