We require a desktop publishing expert to design a Final Report of a project we have completed. The client wants the report to follow a survey style. The content is completed. The Draft output needs to be (exportable) in Word, as the client needs to update and edit prior to final release (in PDF). The tasks for this work are: 1) Present the design format (that will be used for the Final Report) 2) Prepare graphics (from existing excel data/graphs/charts) that illuminate the points in a more pleasing manner that Excel can handle) 3) Deliver Draft Final Report for review 4) Cater for feedback on the final report, and incorporate 5) Provide an Hourly Rate for any post-production work. The current report is 25 pages, and we are looking for a Fixed price for the initial work, and a price per hour for post-work. Our business is management consulting, and we have an ongoing need to find a someone that we can outsource this type of work to on a permanent basis. Our reports are generally of 3 types: 1) Final Report as per this project. Presentation of analysis 2) Event Journal. A "event" journal in a true sense. They depict the time-line process of our projects, and have a lot of graphics (images) and photos (of participants) 3) Research on a subject area. We also need Illustrations (Info-graphics) of most data that need to be presented in the 3 reports.
