Design for Video Sharing Website

I currently own a video sharing website and i have a coder in place to develop it but need a design made for it. I would be looking for someone who is willing to try and make a user friendly website and experiment with new things,i would not be trying to copy the YouTube website but make a site that would be more user friendly with better features therefore i need the designer to make it look that way. I need a fresh design that attracts people and makes them want to stay on the website. The usual pages that needed to be designed are index page,profile page,view video page,static pages,i can discuss further once i receive bids but the general idea would be to design all pages that would feature in a video sharing website like [login to view URL] is only design and not coding,i would also like to see a portfolio.
