Design a logo for team 'Synergy'

Hi,
We require a logo design for our group project team 'Synergy'. The group will be working on analyzing our internal collaborative tools and working out how we can improve them. The team name we have come up with is Team Synergy.
This logo requirement is very small and I anticipate will only take a photoshop guru a very small amount of time. We require 2 logo's :
1. Logo of square 1:1 proportion (ideally atleast 600x600px but needs to legible at 160x160px)
2. Banner of 1140x380px incorporating logo.
I can provide some suitable color schemes/ideas if necessary. We only require something very basic.
