Add a slider/carousel to index page

We need an image slider/carousel added to our index page. It needs to be 1140 x 475 pixels and hold each frame for 15secs (we will need to be able to adjust this). There will need to be 6 pictures in total with next and previous buttons within the image frame (done to our design). Each picture will need to have hyper-link functionality that we can change. We will need instructions on how to change the hyperlinks/images and slide timing.
