Build a Website by customizing a wordpress theme

I need someone to build out a website based on a Wordpress theme, but that can also customize and implement features that are not in the theme. The freelancer have to be skilled enough to customize it exactly they way I want it, even tho 80 percent will be by simply copying pages that are in the theme demo. The Freelancer need to be able to edit/crop photos etc to make it fit in the theme, and an eye for design and what looks good is important. Speed - efficiency are essential. The project will go over some time, because it is a process going back and forth with my client, but it is important that the updates get done fast after we review the work. I would need the first draft completed within few days, latest Friday morning 10am new York time, and then I need quick response every time I give feedback. Please also let me know what time schedule you work on - when you will be available to work on the project. The project should be quite straight forward and not take very long time. Requirements: - Need to be transferred to our server and set up with our domain, after it is finished - You will have to build on your domain and server in the development period. - Need to be build in Word Press for content management.
