The product attributes can be cateogry, description, inventory threshold, pricing etc. Do you need other options like color, size etc? Once admin defines the products, there will be a front end where users can browse the products by category or by brand. Since you are not asking for a shopping cart, is the siite not intended for public? What should the end users do after they browse for a product? Regarding the project itself you don't have to pay me anything in advance you only pay me the 50% of the bid amount once 50% of the project is complete and the rest when the rest of the project is complete. All you need to do is provide me with a list of things you want to see in the demo.
