I have a php gallery app that needs some additional functionality included. Or I am open to a new app from scratch if advisable and reasonable. Please see the attached pdf for information about what the app does now and what else is needed.

The back end needs to have the additional functionality listed. The site's front end look has to stay exactly as it is. Just be responsive.
I don't need a site design, The design is fine. The site has a lot to it. You will not be concerned with any of it except for the gallery portion.
You can view a clone of the site at www.fightbadmanners.com (Be sure to scroll down to see the menu.) and click on the New Works menu item to see the front end.
To see the back end go to www.fightbadmanners.com/admin and use the creds admin and admin to get in. Please don't mess it up.
